He doesn't think that Gorgug is wrong, per se - nor doe he think that he's altogether right; it's his experience that the whole saving the world gig is often defined by how many things and people you can kill to make it happen - but it's pretty annoying. ]
The least they could do is give us some sort of rubric.

But yeah, let's at least give it our best shot. As far as I can tell, our food provisions are more or less unlimited, so we could start by trapping them and just throwing a bunch of steak at them every day.

The more realistic vision of this picture is that they're really good at feeding the snakes until they both get wrapped up in their respective projects and are a little afraid of what they'll see when they return. ]
